Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support our client's purchasing and vendor coordination processes. This role focuses on execution, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth procurement workflows and timely delivery of goods.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple vendors, trackers, and timelines without requiring strategic decision-making responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place purchase orders (POs) with vendors as directed
- Track lead times and delivery schedules
- Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delays, or changes
- Update procurement details in Studio Designer
- Maintain and update the procurement tracker
- Flag issues, delays, or discrepancies for review (no strategic resolution required)
- Ensure all procurement data is accurate and up to date
- Support day-to-day procurement operations
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Studio Designer or similar systems (preferred)
- Experience working with spreadsheets, trackers, or inventory tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Clear written communication for vendor follow-ups
- Strong organizational and tracking skills
- Comfortable working independently
- High attention to detail
