They’re actively scaling their team and have established data-driven processes for targeting new construction projects across multiple markets. Job Overview: You’ll be the backbone of a growing sales operation, transforming raw market data into high-quality prospect lists that directly fuel revenue growth. This isn’t just data entry—you’ll be a strategic partner in identifying and qualifying the best opportunities in the multifamily EV charging space. You’ll work with cutting-edge industry platforms and collaborate closely with a results-driven sales team that values your expertise in turning complex data into actionable leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify 3-6 target markets weekly using the Yardi Matrix platform for multifamily real estate data
  • Extract comprehensive lists of new construction projects based on specific timeframes and geographic criteria
  • Cross-reference company data through ZoomInfo to identify 5 key decision-maker personas per company
  • Manually verify and optimize contact information when automated filters miss qualified prospects
  • Conduct supplementary research using Google and industry resources to expand prospect coverage
  • Export finalized, campaign-ready contact lists for immediate sales team execution
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings to review progress and receive new market assignments
  • Troubleshoot data quality issues and continuously improve list-building processes
  • Integrate seamlessly with team communication channels and project management systems

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data research, or virtual assistance roles
  • Proficiency with the ZoomInfo platform and advanced data research techniques
  • Strong attention to detail for manual data verification and list accuracy
  • Experience with CRM systems, data export processes, and campaign preparation
  • Excellent communication skills for weekly team coordination and troubleshooting
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during Arizona business hours
  • Bonus if you have experience with real estate or B2B lead generation
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Slack, email integration, and team collaboration tools
