Schedule: 

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Job Description:

You’ll be the voice that connects potential sellers with opportunities, playing a crucial role in expanding a dynamic real estate business. This isn’t just about making calls—you’ll be building relationships, identifying qualified prospects, and directly contributing to business growth in an exciting market. With commission opportunities on top of your hourly rate, your success drives both your earnings and the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound cold calls to homeowners using the client’s lead generation platform
  • Identify and qualify potential sellers based on specific property criteria (for-sale-by-owner, vacant land, investment properties)
  • Maintain detailed call logs and prospect records in organized spreadsheets
  • Generate qualified leads for the realtor to convert into listings and sales
  • Navigate and utilize the client’s existing CRM and integrated dialer system (Batch Leads platform)
  • Research and source additional prospects using provided lead generation tools
  • Deliver comprehensive daily reports on call activity, contacts reached, and outcomes
  • Follow established targeting criteria and scripts during comprehensive onboarding training

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of real estate cold calling experience with a proven track record in lead generation
  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead generation platforms
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and prospecting processes
  • Bonus: Experience in vacation or investment property markets
  • Bonus: Prior experience working with commission-based compensation structures
