Role Name: Creative Content Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Job Description: You’ll join an innovative YouTube content creation team that’s revolutionizing how animated videos are produced for children. Using state-of-the-art AI tools, you’ll help bring creative visions to life while working within a proven, systematic workflow. This role offers the perfect blend of creative expression and structured processes, where you’ll master emerging AI technology while contributing to content that entertains and educates young viewers. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with a scaling digital media operation and potentially expand into a full-time role as the channel grows.

Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality photos and images using provided AI tools and platforms
• Transform AI-generated images into engaging short video clips using specialized software
• Execute creative tasks following detailed step-by-step directions and established workflows
• Apply independent creative thinking to enhance content within established guidelines
• Assemble short video components into cohesive elements for longer-form videos
• Support the overall video production pipeline with reliable, consistent output
• Adapt quickly to new AI tools and creative software as technology evolves
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines and volume requirements

Requirements:

• Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently on visual content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow comprehensive step-by-step instructions accurately
• Familiarity and basic level of AI creation, AI prompting, and video editing. 
  
• Comfort learning and mastering new AI tools and digital creative platforms
• Basic understanding of image creation and video production workflows
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote collaboration
• Bonus if you have experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion)
• It helps if you have familiarity with video editing software or animation tools
• Bonus if you have experience creating content for children or family audiences
