• 9 am to 1 pm | California PST

Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping operations through QuickBooks Online with full autonomy
• Access and download statements from multiple credit card accounts (Amex, Capital One, Chase) and banking platforms
• Pull comprehensive sales reports from delivery aggregators including Uber Eats, GrubHub, and SnackPass
• Upload and organize financial statements and sales data within QuickBooks Online system
• Perform monthly book reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure clean, organized financial data for seamless CPA collaboration and tax preparation
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate effectively with business owners on financial matters
• Eliminate current 3-month backlog and establish efficient ongoing processes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Proven ability to navigate online banking and credit card portals independently
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with food & beverage or retail industry operations is a bonus
• Familiarity with third-party sales platforms and delivery aggregators helps
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently across multiple systems
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with business owners and external professionals
