Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm | Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily email communications and stay on top of all correspondence
- Organize and maintain documents in Microsoft OneDrive for lead management
- Fill out PDF forms and insurance applications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Gather required documents from clients and research information online using Google
- Assist with servicing existing customers and preparing insurance quotes
- Organize files and maintain tracking systems for leads and renewals
- Learn and utilize the company’s proprietary systems and workflows
- Support insurance claims processing when needed
- Coordinate with team members on customer follow-ups and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Insurance industry experience strongly preferred, particularly with property and casualty
- Excellent English communication skills with clear accent for team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Excel, and PDF handling
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Full-time availability during business hours
- Experience with insurance claims processing is a significant plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
