Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to support our growing workload and bring consistency to our marketing and customer communications as we scale. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, focused on turning strategy into action across content, email, customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently, campaigns are delivered on time, and customer communications remain clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can juggle multiple initiatives, and takes ownership of ongoing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Content
- Create, manage, and publish blog content, articles, and other written marketing assets
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business goals
- Maintain a content calendar and support consistent publishing schedules
Email Marketing & Customer Communications
- Manage and execute customer newsletters and ongoing email communications
- Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns for engagement and retention
- Maintain segmentation and ensure timely delivery of customer-facing messages
Automation & Feedback Campaigns
- Set up and maintain automated review, feedback, and follow-up campaigns
- Monitor performance and make improvements to increase response rates and engagement
- Ensure customer feedback loops are functioning and actionable
Growth, Retention & Engagement Support
- Assist with marketing initiatives tied to growth, retention, and customer engagement
- Support promotional campaigns, product updates, and customer announcements
- Help improve lifecycle marketing touchpoints across the customer journey
Cross-Channel Support & Consistency
- Support customer-facing communications across multiple channels (email, blog, website, CRM, etc.)
- Help maintain consistency in messaging and execution as the company scales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or customer communications roles
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Experience setting up automated campaigns and basic customer journeys
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
Technical & Execution Skills
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Proactive, self-directed, and execution-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting SaaS, service-based, or growth-stage companies
- Exposure to CRM tools and customer lifecycle marketing
- Basic SEO knowledge for blog and content optimization
