Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and professional Proposal Manager / High-Ticket Setter. This position supports a high-ticket consulting and advisory business and requires strong CRM expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage both operational and sales-facing responsibilities.
This role will evolve over time. In addition to managing proposals, CRM systems, and communications, the right candidate will eventually conduct discovery calls with prospects and play a direct role in the sales process. With performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Client Communication
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients via text, email, and CRM messaging
- Manage follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline
- Support and eventually conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions
Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Manage calendars for consultations, discovery calls, and internal meetings
- Coordinate Zoom meetings and scheduling changes
- Ensure accurate confirmations and reminders
CRM Management & Automations
- Own Go High Level (GHL) CRM management end-to-end
- Build, manage, and optimize CRM automations, workflows, pipelines, and configurations
- Maintain accurate lead tracking, tagging, and lifecycle stages
- Continuously improve CRM efficiency and automation performance
Data, Reporting & Tools
- Perform accurate data entry and data management
- Use Excel confidently, including running or generating Pivot Tables (manually or with AI assistance)
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, analysis, and workflows
- Maintain organized documentation and CRM records
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Organize proposals, internal documents, and client records
- Support day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- Very strong and fluent English (spoken and written)
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Setter, Proposal Manager, or VA supporting a high-ticket coach or consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM
- Solid understanding of CRM automations, workflows, and configurations
- Comfortable working with: Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Office 365, Excel (including Pivot Tables or AI-assisted analysis)
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
- Willing and able to grow into a discovery call/setting role
- Able to work full-time EST hours
Preferred Experience:
- High-ticket coaching or consulting experience in the US or Canada
- Prior involvement in proposal management or sales operations
- Experience handling client-facing conversations independently
