Job Description: You’ll own the creative strategy and execution for multiple client social media accounts, bringing both tactical skills and strategic thinking to help clients break through plateaus and achieve viral content success. This isn’t just about posting content—you’ll be the creative brain behind growth strategies, working directly with clients while being supported by an established team with proven processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms for diverse client accounts
- Edit videos for social media and website content using professional editing software
- Provide strategic recommendations when client accounts are plateauing or underperforming
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and growth strategies that drive engagement and results
- Manage website updates and e-commerce product listing maintenance for clients
- Communicate directly with clients in a professional, consultative manner
- Work efficiently within established time expectations and proven agency systems
- Collaborate with the existing team while representing the agency brand professionally
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and video editing
- Proficiency in Descript, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Experience with newsletter and email marketing platforms (Flowdesk, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- Strong strategic understanding of social media platforms and growth tactics
- Proven ability to think strategically about content creation and audience engagement
- Professional communication skills for client-facing interactions and presentations
- Demonstrated efficiency in task completion and meeting deadlines
- Bonus if you speak French (helpful for French-speaking client base)
