Responsibilities:
- Contact shopping centers across Australia from a provided list of approximately 1,000 prospects
- Update CRM system (Pipedrive) with accurate contact information, including names, emails, phone numbers, and detailed notes
- Conduct daily outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness
- Provide daily reporting on calls made, prospects contacted, and leads generated
- Identify and qualify prospects who show interest in receiving additional information or follow-up calls
- Follow up with warm leads regularly (weekly check-ins with the sales department)
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal English proficiency with the ability to navigate B2B gatekeepers and engage in professional dialogue with Australian stakeholders.
- 5+ years of telemarketing or lead generation experience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
- Proficiency with soft phone systems (3CX experience preferred)
- Professional phone manner that doesn’t sound like typical telemarketing
- Ability to make 50-100+ calls per day, depending on outcomes
