Outbound Sales Specialist (AU)

Schedule: 

  • 8 am to 5 pm | Victoria, Australia

Responsibilities:

  • Contact shopping centers across Australia from a provided list of approximately 1,000 prospects
  • Update CRM system (Pipedrive) with accurate contact information, including names, emails, phone numbers, and detailed notes
  • Conduct daily outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Provide daily reporting on calls made, prospects contacted, and leads generated
  • Identify and qualify prospects who show interest in receiving additional information or follow-up calls
  • Follow up with warm leads regularly (weekly check-ins with the sales department)
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal English proficiency with the ability to navigate B2B gatekeepers and engage in professional dialogue with Australian stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of telemarketing or lead generation experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
  • Proficiency with soft phone systems (3CX experience preferred)
  • Professional phone manner that doesn’t sound like typical telemarketing
  • Ability to make 50-100+ calls per day, depending on outcomes
