Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers and the team on assigned projects from start to finish.

Prepare, review, and revise shop drawings in accordance with project specifications as required.

Work closely with and support the sales team in stormwater management system sales opportunities.

Consistent use of the company's systems/database – Hubspot CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Procore for project management.

Recommend field installation strategies and communicate technical solutions as required.

Prepare quotes, bill of materials, and take-offs for assigned projects and ensure design drawings conform to project specifications.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Background in Engineering or Science would be an asset.

Extensive experience using AutoCAD with a high level of understanding

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with team members, superiors, and other departments.

Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
