Technical Project Coordinator

Schedule:

  • Full-time 8-5 PM EST, with potential for flexible arrangements

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and the team on assigned projects from start to finish.

  • Prepare, review, and revise shop drawings in accordance with project specifications as required.

  • Work closely with and support the sales team in stormwater management system sales opportunities.

  • Consistent use of the company's systems/database – Hubspot CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Procore for project management.

  • Recommend field installation strategies and communicate technical solutions as required.

  • Prepare quotes, bill of materials, and take-offs for assigned projects and ensure design drawings conform to project specifications.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Engineering or Science would be an asset.

  • Extensive experience using AutoCAD with a high level of understanding

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with team members, superiors, and other departments.

  • Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.

  • Committed to optimizing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Demonstrated dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team or organization.
