Job Description:

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting a growing investment team that’s moving from fundraising into active deal execution. This position offers direct exposure to private equity operations, from deal sourcing to due diligence, while optimizing the marketing and CRM systems that drive their acquisition strategy. You’ll work closely with the investment team to streamline workflows and support business development activities that directly impact their deal pipeline.

 

Responsibilities:

• Optimize CRM systems and custom workflows for deal sourcing and pipeline management
• Conduct due diligence calls with target businesses and their customers to assess acquisition fit
• Manage email organization and marketing communications for business development
• Support deal sourcing activities to identify potential acquisition targets in HVAC and healthcare sectors
• Fill in and maintain custom workflows for finding and assessing investment opportunities
• Assist with business development initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate outreach efforts and maintain organized communication records
• Support operational activities related to business acquisitions and portfolio management

 

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills for conducting professional due diligence calls and customer outreach
• Experience with CRM systems and workflow optimization
• Excellent organizational and email management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional phone manner for business and customer interactions
