Job Description: 

You’ll be the creative backbone supporting a multi-platform content creator who generates substantial high-quality content but needs strategic distribution and operational support. This role combines creative social media management with administrative coordination, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You’ll work directly with someone who appreciates proactive thinking and values your input on optimizing processes and expanding reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit video reels and transform existing content into branded carousels and social media assets
  • Manage content distribution and posting schedules across multiple social media platforms
  • Handle Instagram direct messages and community engagement with followers
  • Create compelling podcast snippets and branded shareables for social media promotion
  • Write engaging copy for social media posts and podcast content distribution
  • Coordinate project management for various creative initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide administrative support, including logistics coordination for international business operations
  • Manage email communications across multiple platforms (ProtonMail, Gmail)
  • Optimize content workflows and suggest process improvements
  • Support content organization and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation
  • Proficiency in Canva for design work and branded content creation
  • Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Descript) and podcast editing software
  • Strong familiarity with Instagram, Substack, and Spotify platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills for copy creation and community engagement
  • Proven ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Experience working remotely with international clients across different time zones
  • Bonus if you have experience with ProtonMail and email management systems
  • It helps if you bring a proactive mindset and enjoy suggesting process improvements
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting authors, podcasters, or content creators
