Job Description

You’ll step into a leadership role where your management expertise directly impacts healthcare revenue operations and team success. This isn’t about doing the billing yourself—you’ll be the strategic overseer who ensures everything runs smoothly while empowering an established team to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of medical billing team members to ensure consistent quality delivery
• Monitor and track team performance against established quotas and operational standards
• Ensure timely claims submission and comprehensive follow-up processes across all client accounts
• Coordinate workflow management to maintain coherent operations across the full revenue cycle
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend process improvements
• Provide leadership guidance and support to medical billing staff members
• Maintain oversight of complete revenue cycle management from initial stage through final payment
• Escalate critical issues and communicate progress updates to senior management
• Implement quality assurance measures to meet client expectations and compliance requirements

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical billing operations and revenue cycle management processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to oversee multiple team members
• Excellent English communication skills for professional client and team interactions
• Mid to senior level experience in healthcare operations or similar supervisory roles
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify issues before they become problems
• Professional maturity and independent decision-making capabilities
• Bonus if you have project management background or formal management training
• It helps if you’re familiar with HIPAA compliance requirements and healthcare regulations
