Spanish Bilingual High-Ticket Appointment Setter

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Spain Time)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

 

The Company is hiring a second High-Ticket Appointment Setter to support increasing inbound and outbound demand. This is not a customer service role and not a marketing role.

We’re looking for a highly disciplined Outbound Phone Specialist—someone who thrives on calling, executes with precision, and treats CRM hygiene as non-negotiable.

Your mission goes beyond booking meetings. You’ll qualify leads, control the pipeline, and protect the closer’s calendar by following proven internal processes with absolute consistency.

 

Responsibilities

Outbound Execution

  • Execute high-volume outbound calls (warm and cold) with consistency and focus

  • Maintain control of conversations while uncovering real intent

  • Handle objections calmly without pressure or over-selling

Lead Qualification & Calendar Protection

  • Rigorously qualify prospects before booking

  • Gatekeep the sales calendar so only high-intent prospects reach the closer

  • Apply company qualification frameworks consistently

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Update CRM immediately after every interaction

  • Maintain clean tagging, notes, and accurate pipeline stages

  • Ensure 100% data accuracy at all times—no exceptions

Adaptive Communication

  • Adjust tone and delivery in real time based on prospect profile

    • Direct and efficient for executives

    • Warm and patient for support or operational roles

 

Must-Have Requirements

1. Phone Dominance (Hunter Mentality)

  • Comfortable spending most of the day on outbound calls

  • High resilience to rejection with strong emotional control

  • Persistent with follow-ups and admin execution

2. CRM Discipline (Administrator Mindset)

  • Every call logged, tagged, and documented immediately

  • Zero tolerance for messy or incomplete data

  • Process-driven, fast, and accurate

  • “Fast but sloppy” is not acceptable

3. Adaptive EQ (The Chameleon)

  • Strong active listening skills (not script-dependent)

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Ability to shift tone and pacing instantly

 

Daily Workflow Expectations

  • Lead Profiling:
    Research each lead for ~30 seconds before dialing to choose the right opening angle

  • Outbound Calling & Gatekeeping:
    Use the company framework to uncover real interest without being aggressive

  • Pipeline Management:
    Move leads through CRM stages with complete accuracy

  • Calendar Protection:
    Only qualified, high-intent prospects are booked
