Job Description:
You’ll be the backbone of financial and administrative operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This hybrid role combines your bookkeeping expertise with general administrative support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a real impact on business operations. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping activities and financial record management
- Process accounts payable and receivable with attention to detail and timeliness
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide comprehensive office support
- Manage data entry projects and maintain organized document management systems
- Support various operational tasks as needed to keep the agency running efficiently
- Maintain organized financial filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Assist with basic financial reporting and documentation for leadership review
- Provide administrative support for client-related activities and internal operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a proven track record of accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems (QuickBooks experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
- Administrative support experience with general office skills and organization
- Excellent communication skills for working directly with leadership
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent availability for daily communication
- Bonus if you have experience supporting service-based businesses or agencies
