Human Resources Assistant

Job Description
You’ll become the backbone of their talent acquisition efforts, taking ownership of the entire recruitment process from initial candidate screening to final presentation. Responsibilities

  • Review and organize incoming resumes and job applications with attention to quality candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluation to identify top talent
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain organized candidate databases and tracking systems for efficient workflow
  • Communicate professionally with potential candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and process improvements as needed
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership on recruitment strategy and priorities
  • Streamline hiring processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or recruiting roles with proven track record
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with resume screening and candidate evaluation processes
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus if you have experience with small to medium-sized company recruiting
