Our client is seeking a high-level, creative Video Editor to join their team. This isn’t just about cutting footage—they’re looking for a visual storyteller who truly understands the luxury real estate market.
You’ll be responsible for transforming raw property footage into cinematic marketing assets that elevate brand perception, drive engagement, and support sales.
Responsibilities
High-End Production
- Edit and produce premium real estate marketing videos with a strong focus on flow, pacing, and visual impact
Creative Sound Design
- Demonstrate mastery in music selection and audio syncing to create emotional connection and narrative depth
Technical Excellence
- Perform advanced color correction and grading
- Execute seamless transitions, motion graphics, and refined visual effects
Trend Leadership

Stay ahead of social media and real estate video trends
- Implement innovative creative techniques before they become mainstream
Project Ownership
- Independently manage a high volume of projects
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and strict brand consistency
Requirements
Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Proven Track Record: A high-quality portfolio or showreel specifically showcasing real estate video editing is required
Creative Intuition: Deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling to highlight a property’s most compelling features
Communication: Strong English communication skills to interpret briefs and collaborate effectively with the team
Adaptability: Ability to shift creative styles based on the unique character of each property or client
Preferred Experience
- Advanced After Effects skills, including motion tracking and dynamic text call-outs
- Strong awareness of current luxury real estate marketing trends and high-performing “viral” editing styles
