Appointment Setter

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
  • Pre-qualify leads and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
  • Accurately maintain and update records in the company’s CRM system
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless lead handovers
  • Confidently handle objections and clearly communicate service offerings
  • Stay informed about company services and relevant industry trends
  • Meet or exceed weekly targets for outbound calls and booked appointments
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and sales strategy discussions
  • Send outreach emails to prospective clients using the provided lead list
  • Submit daily call and appointment tallies to the Sales Manager 
  • Prepare month-end reports, including monthly commission and bonus summaries for Fred
  • Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses or commissions

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in appointment setting or a similar B2B sales role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
  • Experience working with service-based companies is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and appointment scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional and friendly phone presence
  • Knowledge of the geography location of the Greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley areas is a plus
  • Being a team player working closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless lead handovers
