As a Property Management Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s daily operations, juggling a variety of tasks to keep properties running smoothly and tenants satisfied. You’ll handle everything from coordinating repairs to managing lease renewals, all while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with contractors to schedule repairs and property improvements
- Manage work orders efficiently using property management software
- Assist with lease renewals and property turnover processes
- Handle urgent property-related issues, ensuring quick resolution
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the property manager to streamline operations and improve service quality
Requirements:
