Work Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible)
- 40 hours per week

Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our client’s team full-time. This role will be responsible for managing daily payment processing, sales pipeline activities within GoHighLevel, invoicing, account management, and both client and internal team communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Process daily payments efficiently and accurately

Manage the sales pipeline using GoHighLevel CRM

Prepare and send invoices, and maintain account records

Communicate proactively with clients regarding accounts

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Proficiency in Xero accounting software, Stripe payment platform, Google Sheets

Experience with GoHighLevel or an equivalent CRM system is highly preferred

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
