Job Description: 

You’ll be the digital backbone of a growing healthcare education platform that’s making quality nursing education accessible to nurses worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize a WordPress website daily, ensuring a smooth user experience
• Develop and enhance the WordPress site further, creating professional and user-friendly interfaces
• Upload and format educational content, including videos and text materials created by healthcare experts
• Execute a comprehensive social media strategy with continuous engagement across multiple platforms
• Handle SEO optimization and monitor daily website performance metrics
• Respond to user feedback and manage customer interactions professionally
• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber communications
• Support website workflows and implement user interface improvements
• Track performance metrics and provide regular progress reports
• Collaborate directly with founders on content presentation and site optimization strategies

 

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in website management and social media marketing
• Strong WordPress expertise (mandatory requirement - must demonstrate proficiency)
• Experience managing e-commerce or educational platforms successfully
• Excellent graphic design skills for creating engaging social media content
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and daily optimization practices
• Experience with email marketing platforms and subscriber management systems
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and feedback management
• Portfolio showcasing previous WordPress development and social media campaigns
• Bonus if you have healthcare or education industry experience
• It helps if you’re familiar with educational content management systems
