Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Work Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid break
  • Client time zone: UK Time

 

Overview:


We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent who can deliver excellent customer support while confidently identifying opportunities to upsell and increase order value. This role is customer-first, but requires a commercially minded individual who is comfortable communicating via both email and phone.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service enquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product enquiries
  • Provide product recommendations and upsell where appropriate to meet customer needs
  • Convert inbound enquiries into sales opportunities
  • Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience at all times
  • Accurately log customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
  • Follow up with customers when required to close sales or resolve issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a combined support/sales role
  • Comfortable handling both email and phone-based communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident upselling and objection handling without being pushy
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of enquiries
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with a sales awareness

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in e-commerce or retail
  • Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software
  • Experience handling order management and logistics enquiries
