You’ll be the driving force behind expanding a game-changing healthcare solution that has already proven its value. This isn’t just appointment setting—you’ll own the relationship from initial outreach through nurturing multi-touch sales cycles typical in B2B healthcare.

You’ll work with a distributed team of 10 passionate professionals who have built a solution that genuinely helps healthcare providers recover lost revenue while improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential healthcare prospects, including clinics, health centers, medical practices, and FQHCs

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up via email to schedule qualified meetings

  • Build rapport with clinic staff and decision-makers through professional remote communication

  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the closing team (no closing responsibilities)

  • Manage multiple conversation cycles typical in B2B sales

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, contacts, and pipeline status in CRM or tracking systems

  • Follow up consistently to nurture relationships through extended sales cycles

  • Take initiative in lead generation without relying solely on pre-qualified leads

  • Develop a working understanding of common clinic challenges related to patient follow-up and engagement

  • Share digital materials and confirm next steps after conversations

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or lead generation

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and handling rejection professionally

  • Experience with B2B sales (healthcare experience is a plus, not required)

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage follow-ups independently

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable using CRMs, trackers, or Google Sheets

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote calling setup
