Job Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Lead Research & Generation Specialist to support our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential clients across Texas. This role focuses on researching restaurant decision-makers and residential property owners for services including kitchen hood and exhaust system cleaning, ventilation solutions, commercial driveways, and residential roofing and driveway services.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential restaurant clients across Texas targeting kitchen hood, exhaust system, and ventilation services

  • Generate leads for commercial driveways and residential roofing/driveway services

  • Scour the internet and various databases to find qualified prospects including restaurant owners and managers

  • Compile and organize lead information for handoff to appointment setters

  • Provide weekly lead reports and attend regular check-in meetings

  • Focus on decision makers in restaurant industry and residential property owners

Requirements:

  • Strong internet research skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with lead generation tools and databases

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup

  • Understanding of B2B restaurant industry and residential services preferred

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm Central Time
