Role Name: Inbound Sales Representative

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with one hour of unpaid break

Job Description: You’ll serve as the crucial first point of contact for customers seeking service estimates and scheduling, directly impacting a company that takes immense pride in their stellar reputation. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls for service estimates and scheduling requests
• Provide exceptional customer service as the first line of contact for new and existing customers
• Process customer information and coordinate service appointments efficiently
• Maintain the company’s high standard of customer experience and reputation
• Submit detailed daily performance reports to management
• Participate in comprehensive training program with current experienced team member
• Potentially transition to outbound sales activities after successful onboarding
• Support seasonal business fluctuations with flexible scheduling
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of the remote VA department

Requirements: 
You bring 3-4+ years of sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
MUST HAVE A MAC/APPLE OS COMPUTER
Previous experience working remotely with US-based companies is essential, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
You’re comfortable working independently while meeting performance expectations
Bonus if you have experience in service-based industries or appointment setting roles.
