Job Highlights

  • Schedule: Wednesday and Saturday off, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to medical spa clients

  • Monitor and respond to Instagram direct messages promptly to capture leads

  • Schedule client appointments using the company’s aesthetic EMR booking system

  • Convert interested prospects into booked clients using consultative sales techniques

  • Handle basic administrative tasks and client coordination

  • Assist with insurance-related calls and prescription coordination when needed

  • Maintain professional communication across all client touchpoints

  • Work with RingCentral phone system and electronic medical record software

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent (client-facing role)

  • Strong customer service background with proven sales abilities

  • Experience with phone systems and CRM/booking software

  • Professional demeanor when interacting with medical spa clients

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Bonus: experience with aesthetic or medical industry software

  • Comfortable learning new systems quickly

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
