As they scale and volume continues to grow, they are creating a specialist analytical role focused on estimating accuracy, job costing discipline, and profitability visibility across hundreds of residential builds.
Purpose of the Role
The Construction Cost Analyst will be responsible for turning builder purchase orders and operational data into clear, actionable profitability insights.
This role exists to:

Accurately break down jobs into labor and material components.

Set realistic labor targets for field teams.

Track actual performance versus estimates

Identify where margin is created or lost at each build stage.

Provide reliable reporting to support pricing, productivity, and growth decisions

1. Estimating & Purchase Order Breakdown

3. Labor Target Setting

Build and maintain:
