Sales Marketing Coordinator

Schedule:

  • Part Time - 20h per week

  • Monday-Friday, flexible schedule within CST time zone - 10 am-5 pm

Job Overview: You’ll play a crucial role in expanding market reach and driving business growth for an established beverage trading company. This is an opportunity to work directly with leadership on sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business development that directly impact the company’s success. You’ll be instrumental in helping connect with new customers and grow their presence in international markets, with the variety and growth potential that comes from supporting both creative marketing work and direct sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop marketing materials for various campaigns and initiatives.

  • Perform administrative tasks to support sales and marketing operations.

  • Help prepare content for website updates, CRM entries, and social channels.

  • Support sales outreach by preparing lists, follow-ups, and email drafts.

  • Research new suppliers and verify product availability, pricing, and terms.

  • Support communication with suppliers to request quotes, product details, and lead times.

  • Track customer inquiries and follow-ups in CRM

  • Maintain product and pricing lists for internal use.

  • Assist with shipment tracking, ETAs, and basic documentation follow-up.

  • Data entry and organization of files, such as update spreadsheets, order trackers, and internal data systems

  • Draft and send professional emails and WhatsApp messages

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (bilingual Spanish/English required)

  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets

  • Ability to create marketing materials

  • Strong communication skills for phone-based customer interactions

  • Administrative and organizational capabilities

  • Availability to work during the client’s business hours with flexible scheduling
