We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Analyst with direct transaction experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and capital structuring. This is a buy-side investment execution role with full lifecycle exposure — from initial underwriting and due diligence through to structuring, financing, and transaction close.
You will work directly with senior investment leaders and play a critical role in evaluating and executing institutional-grade real estate transactions.

The Opportunity
This role sits within the investment team and will focus on:
- Direct commercial real estate acquisitions
- Joint venture structuring
- Development and repositioning underwriting
- Debt and equity capital structuring
- Refinancing and recapitalisations
- Investment Committee materials and lender presentations
This is not a valuation control, property management, or corporate finance role. We are seeking a candidate with hands-on private equity real estate transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own detailed acquisition and development financial models (IRR, equity multiple, sensitivity analysis, capital stack structuring)
- Lead asset-level underwriting including cash flow forecasting and feasibility analysis
- Manage due diligence processes alongside legal, technical, and financial advisors
- Assist in negotiating debt facilities and equity structures
- Prepare Investment Committee papers and investor materials
- Support transaction execution through to completion
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking, property development, or institutional real estate funds
- Demonstrated experience underwriting commercial real estate acquisitions
- Experience structuring debt and equity capital stacks
- Advanced Excel modelling (institutional-level acquisition and development models)
- Strong understanding of Australian commercial real estate markets (highly preferred)
- Proven exposure to end-to-end transaction execution
