Senior Analyst – Private Equity Real Estate (Remote | AEST Hours)
We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to support complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, refinancing, and recapitalisations. You will work closely with senior leaders, lead financial modelling, and deliver high-quality analysis to support major investment decisions and have end-to-end involvement of the transactions, including the final step in working with the legal team in finalising the final steps of the process.
Australian market experience is highly regarded, although exceptional candidates from other markets who can rapidly build local expertise are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support due diligence, feasibility, structuring, and funding and end-to-end management of the process.
- Build advanced financial models for acquisitions and capital structuring.
- Analyse market data, financial statements, and transaction metrics.
- Prepare investor/financier presentations and RFI responses.
- Assist in preparing equity and debt documentation.
- Partner with internal teams and external advisors.
- 5+ years of end-to-end experience in real estate investment, private equity, capital markets, consulting, or financing.
- Strong commercial real estate knowledge; advanced Excel modelling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
