Marketing Administrative Assistant

20 hours a week

Mon - Fri 8am - 12pm or 1pm - 5pm NZST

 

Job Description: You’ll be the creative force behind customer-facing marketing materials that help close deals and showcase solutions. This role combines your administrative precision with marketing creativity to produce presentations that demonstrate deep understanding of client needs. You’ll work collaboratively in a feedback-driven environment where your materials directly impact the company’s ability to secure new contracts and communicate their value proposition to prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create customized presentations for new customers using the provided client information and company capabilities
  • Develop tailored marketing materials that demonstrate understanding of specific client needs and proposed solutions
  • Design and format professional documents showcasing the company's expertise in commercial kitchen design
  • Handle revisions and edits to presentations based on stakeholder feedback and client requirements
  • Assist in developing brochures and other marketing collateral for various industry verticals
  • Provide limited social media posting and scheduling support for company channels
  • Support general administrative tasks related to marketing activities and client communications
  • Collaborate with team members to refine the messaging and visual presentation of materials

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Marketing background with demonstrated experience in email marketing and social media management (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar design tools)
  • Ability to create professional, visually appealing marketing materials that communicate complex solutions clearly
  • Good communication skills for handling feedback, revisions, and collaborative workflows
  • Experience with brochure design and layout, a bonus if you have B2B marketing experience
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and how marketing materials support customer acquisition
  • It helps if you have experience in the construction, hospitality, or healthcare industries
