Job Description: 

You’ll have creative freedom to develop engaging content that showcases window installations, home transformations, and industry expertise. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation and wants to make a direct impact on a company’s digital marketing efforts. You’ll build and maintain their online presence while creating content that resonates with homeowners considering window upgrades.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create original and engaging social media content, including graphics, photos, and copy
  • Schedule posts across various social media platforms using scheduling tools
  • Maintain a regular posting schedule and develop a content calendar
  • Develop content that aligns with home improvement branding and messaging
  • Create before/after transformation content and customer success stories
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
  • Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement metrics

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphics, copywriting, and basic video editing
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and platform best practices
  • Understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand guidelines
  • Bonus if you have experience in the home improvement or construction industry
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
