Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (30 hours per week)
Client Timezone: EST / EDT (Raleigh, NC)

Commissions will be provided for meeting sales targets

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Representative to conduct outbound sales activities, educate prospects on service offerings, and close deals. This role requires persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow a structured sales process while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Make efficient outbound sales calls daily to qualified leads

  • Send personalized follow-up and outreach emails to prospects

  • Present clear and compelling service offers to potential customers

  • Schedule consultations and follow-up calls to move prospects through the sales funnel

  • Process sales orders using an email-based ordering system

  • Accurately track sales activities, performance metrics, and commissions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service onboarding

  • Build and maintain relationships with business decision-makers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet daily call and sales targets

  • Comfortable using email, basic CRM tools, and simple order processing systems

  • Experience working with commission-based sales targets

  • Strong objection-handling skills and persistence in follow-ups

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance benchmarks

  • Availability for part-time work with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales or technology services

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools

  • Prior remote sales experience
