You’ll be the first point of contact for potential property investors, playing a key role in identifying and qualifying high-quality leads for a UK-based property investment business. This role focuses on meaningful conversations—not generic call center work—connecting prospects with life-changing investment opportunities while building strong sales and communication skills. You’ll work with a structured CRM system and a results-driven team that values professionalism and relationship quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through the company’s CRM system

• Qualify potential investors by assessing financial capacity and investment readiness

• Identify prospects seeking hands-off property investment solutions

• Schedule strategy calls with the UK-based sales team for qualified leads

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system

• Follow established qualification criteria and call scripts

• Build rapport quickly during initial conversations

• Handle high-volume calling while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, phone calling, or lead qualification

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly

• Comfortable using CRM systems and integrated calling platforms

• Self-motivated with resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection

• Bonus: experience in property, finance, or investment sectors

• Naturally personable and enjoys connecting with people

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.
