You’ll be the first point of contact for warm insurance leads, helping Florida families understand their potential savings and next steps. This role sits at the heart of a proven sales process—focused on qualifying interest, gathering key details, and seamlessly handing off ready prospects to the licensed insurance agent for closing.
You’ll work closely with an experienced insurance professional who values efficiency, professionalism, and helping clients make informed coverage decisions.
Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm leads who have already received insurance quotes

Gauge customer interest in competitive home, auto, and business insurance rates

Collect and verify customer information needed for policy processing

Transfer qualified prospects to the insurance agent for final consultation and closing

Navigate multiple insurance platforms to access and update customer records

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking prospects to support Florida’s diverse market

Schedule callbacks and track renewal timing when applicable

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead statuses
Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Previous experience in the insurance industry strongly preferred

Professional home office setup with dual monitors or a large display

Familiarity with insurance tools such as Quote Rush, Agency Zoom, PO Rating, or Easy Links (preferred)

Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly

Reliable internet connection and professional communication standards
