We are a premier senior care advocacy and in-home care provider seeking a high-energy, articulate Referral & Outreach Specialist (Telephone Marketer). You will serve as the primary voice of the agency, building professional referral partnerships and helping families navigate senior care options. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and confidence in advocating for high-quality senior care solutions.

Job Highlights

• Number of Paid Hours Per Week: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to home care agencies, healthcare providers, and potential clients to secure assessments

• Build and maintain professional referral partnerships

• Educate families and partners on senior care solutions, including the benefits of Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCi)

• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and persuasive phone presence

• Follow up on leads and document all interactions with accuracy and detail

• Advocate for high-quality senior care services and support business growth

Requirements

• Perfect English with flawless verbal communication and a warm, professional phone presence

• Mature, seasoned professional with strong organizational skills (ideally 15+ years of experience)

• Outgoing personality with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone

• Background in home care, senior care, or healthcare is a strong advantage

• Comfortable driving outreach, referrals, and growth-focused conversations

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.
