This role focuses on driving foot traffic, online orders, reservations, phone calls, and measurable performance for restaurant and hospitality clients through data-driven paid media execution.
Responsibilities
● Set up, audit, and manage advertising accounts properly, including:
○ Google Ads (account structure, conversion actions, location extensions, call tracking, billing, and access management)
○ Meta Business Suite (Business Manager, ad accounts, pixels, CAPI, Events Manager, permissions, and asset access)
○ TikTok Ads Manager (ad account setup, pixels/events, app events, permissions, and billing)
● Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
○ Google Ads (Search, Display, Local, and foot-traffic campaigns)
○ Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Ads
● Execute full-funnel paid media strategies, with a strong focus on bottom-funnel conversions
● Drive and optimize toward key outcomes including:
○ Foot traffic and store visits
○ Online orders
○ Reservations
○ Phone calls
○ App downloads and lead submissions
● Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking and API integrations, including:
○ Meta Conversion API (CAPI)
○ Google Ads and GA4 conversion tracking
○ Website, app, call, lead, and reservation tracking
● Monitor, analyze, and optimize all key performance metrics, including:
○ CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS
○ Cost per store visit, order, reservation, call, app install, and lead
○ Conversion rates and full-funnel performance
● Build and maintain Looker Studio/other reporting dashboards for accurate, real-time reporting
● Monitor campaigns daily during working hours and implement real-time optimizations
● Collaborate with creative and growth teams to test creatives, CTAs, and offers
● Deliver clear reporting with insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations
Requirements
● 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
● Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
● Proven ability to set up, audit, and manage ad accounts from scratch
● Expertise in conversion tracking, APIs, and bottom-funnel optimization
● Proficiency in Looker Studio/Excel sheet or others for reporting and performance analysis
● Experience working with restaurants, hospitality, DTC or local businesses
● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
