About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Content Editor with elite editing skills who can own content quality across all channels while also managing our digital presence, paid advertising, and website performance. This role is ideal for someone who is obsessed with clarity, storytelling, and conversion, and who understands how strong editing turns good ideas into high-performing assets.
This is a hands-on role. You will not just manage vendors — you will edit, refine, optimize, and publish content yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Content Editing & Quality Control (Primary Focus – 40–50%)
• Edit and refine video content (short-form & long-form)
• Edit ad copy, creatives, website pages, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Ensure all content is clear, concise, on-brand, and conversion-focused
• Optimize content for platform best practices (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels
• Turn rough drafts into polished, high-impact marketing assets
Editing is the most important skill in this role. Candidates must be able to elevate content,
not just approve it.
Paid Advertising Management
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Edit and improve ad creatives and copy to increase CTR, CVR, and ROAS
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate creatives weekly
• Coordinate testing frameworks (hooks, headlines, visuals, offers)
Social Media Management
• Oversee organic and paid social media strategy
• Edit short-form videos and captions for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Maintain posting schedules and content calendars
• Ensure content aligns with trends while staying on-brand
Web Development & Website Management
• Manage and update website content (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Edit and optimize landing pages for conversion, clarity, and SEO fundamentals
• Implement light front-end updates or collaborate with developers
• Ensure site performance, UX, and campaign alignment
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or content-driven roles
• Exceptional editing skills across video, written, and marketing content
• Strong understanding of paid ads, social media platforms, and website optimization
• Experience editing short-form video content for ads and social media
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Canva and basic motion graphics
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or landing page builders
• Knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
• Copywriting or conversion optimization experience
