We’re looking for one exceptional operator—someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, and turn relationships into real revenue.

Who Thrives Here

You’re a fit if you can confidently say yes to most of the following:

  • You’ve personally driven millions in revenue through partnerships, retail, or affiliates
  • You’ve opened premium retail channels, from boutique baby stores to big-box or specialty retailers (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club, high-end chains)
  • You’re comfortable working directly with buyers, category managers, founders, and decision-makers
  • You operate independently and are energized by clear ownership and measurable outcomes
  • You have a strong LinkedIn presence and know how to craft outreach that builds trust and gets responses

If you haven’t done this at scale, this role will not be a good fit.
We’re hiring operators, not coordinators.

What You’ll Own

Influencers & Affiliate Partnerships

  • Identify and recruit creators aligned with premium parenting and lifestyle
  • Structure performance-based partnerships tied directly to revenue
  • Build long-term relationships that consistently convert, not one-off posts

Retail & Distribution Partnerships

  • Open doors with premium retailers, specialty chains, and distributors
  • Manage early-stage outreach, sampling, follow-ups, and negotiations
  • Turn conversations into new, repeatable sales channels

Bottom line:
Your influence, relationships, and execution directly create revenue.

How You’ll Work

  • Remote and flexible, 20 hrs/week
  • Lean, autonomous, and outcome-driven
  • LinkedIn-first outreach and relationship building
  • High trust, low bureaucracy

Compensation, Commission & Growth Path

We align incentives with real results:

  • Base pay for stability (20 hrs/week)
  • Commission on all new sales generated through influencer, affiliate, and retail partnerships
  • Long-term upside tied to partnership performance and revenue growth

If performance exceeds expectations, we’re open to expanding scope and exploring a transition to a full-time role. This is a real growth path—not a promise, but a clear possibility tied to results.
