About the Role
Dream House Studios is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Coordination & Email Support Assistant to help manage client communications and internal task coordination. This role is primarily focused on ensuring client requests are acknowledged, organized, and routed to the appropriate team member. This position is ideal for someone who excels at communication, organization, and light coordination rather than hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner

Act as the main point of contact to ensure clients feel heard and supported

Coordinate tasks internally by monitoring Slack channels and directing requests to the appropriate team member

Track incoming client needs and ensure follow-ups are handled
