Job Description: 

You’ll be the first point of contact that opens doors to valuable business partnerships in Arizona’s automotive and legal industries. This role puts you at the center of business development, where your research skills and professional outreach directly drive company growth. You’ll identify potential partners, engage them through strategic social media and LinkedIn campaigns, and schedule meetings that turn prospects into long-term business relationships. It’s an opportunity to build something meaningful while working with professionals who help accident victims get the support they need.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify Arizona-based fleet companies, personal injury attorneys, criminal law firms, and chiropractors for partnership opportunities
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, social media platforms, and online research
  • Engage prospects with professional qualification conversations to assess partnership potential
  • Schedule and coordinate business meetings (lunch meetings, office visits) between prospects and the marketing team
  • Manage calendar invites and appointment logistics to ensure smooth meeting coordination
  • Maintain organized prospect databases and contact information systems
  • Follow up with leads to confirm meeting attendance and maintain engagement
  • Track outreach activities and appointment conversion metrics for continuous improvement

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales, appointment setting, or business development experience
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in professional phone conversations
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social media outreach strategies
  • Ability to conduct thorough online research and identify target prospects effectively
  • Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions with business owners and attorneys
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling coordination tools
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bonus if you have experience in automotive, legal, or healthcare industries
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Arizona business landscape or B2B networking
