Job Description:

You’ll be the voice of a dynamic moving company, playing a crucial role in customer satisfaction and business growth. This position offers variety and impact – from building partnerships with real estate agents to ensuring customers have smooth moving experiences. You’ll work with a team that values efficiency, clear communication, and going above and beyond for clients. Your contributions will directly support the company’s expansion and help families and businesses through important transitions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents to build strategic partnerships and promote services
  • Handle inbound customer support calls and resolve inquiries with professionalism
  • Send timely reminder emails to customers about upcoming moves and important logistics
  • Review contracts with customers to ensure understanding of terms and procedures
  • Manage and update training materials and operational processes
  • Gather and organize information to support various business operations
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline daily operations
  • Communicate with existing customers to coordinate bookings and ensure service excellence

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
  • Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport with prospects
  • Basic computer skills for email management and administrative tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Bonus if you have customer service experience in service industries
  • It helps if you have an American accent, though clear English communication is the priority
