Role Name: Operations & Transaction Coordinator

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm PST with one hour of unpaid break

Client Timezone: CST

Client Overview: A growing equipment finance company that provides financing solutions for equipment purchases across multiple industries. They work with brokers and clients to process financing deals through a comprehensive credit decisioning workflow. The company is experiencing significant volume growth and is expanding their team to support increased demand.

Job Description: You’ll join a dynamic equipment finance team where your analytical skills will directly impact business decisions and client outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Handle credit packaging and documentation management for equipment financing deals
  • Process additional information requests from brokers and clients with attention to detail
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and validation of financial documents
  • Review and validate bank statements, ensuring completeness before forwarding to credit team
  • Communicate professionally with brokers and clients regarding missing or incomplete documentation
  • Support volume management initiatives to relieve operational bottlenecks
  • Transition gradually into analytical credit worthiness assessments as skills develop
  • Follow established processes and procedures for equipment finance transactions
  • Identify discrepancies in submitted materials and request corrections proactively

Requirements:

  • Finance background with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent English proficiency for client and broker communication
  • Attention to detail for document validation and financial review
  • Commitment to data security and confidentiality protocols
  • Willingness to learn and grow from procedural to analytical responsibilities
  • Bonus if you have equipment finance or credit risk analysis experience
  • It helps if you understand financial statements and bank statement analysis
  • Bonus if you have experience with credit profiles, FICO scores, or revolving credit analysis
