Job Description:
You’ll be the organizational backbone for a Territory Sales Manager overseeing operations across three dynamic business entities in the critical power industry. This isn’t just another admin role – you’ll directly impact business efficiency and growth while working remotely as a fully integrated team member. You’ll have the autonomy to take on diverse responsibilities and grow alongside an expanding business where your proactive approach and organizational expertise will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email communications and organize correspondence across multiple business entities
- Handle comprehensive itinerary planning and travel coordination for multi-state operations
- Make professional phone calls on behalf of management to airlines, vendors, and business contacts
- Learn and utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and close deals
- Create detailed reports and handle various reporting requirements across three business divisions
- Provide operational support to prevent tasks from falling through the cracks during rapid growth
- Coordinate activities between Northern California, Southern California, and Oregon offices
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks that directly support business efficiency and expansion
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable making professional phone calls and representing the company with confidence
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, particularly CRM platforms and business software
- Proactive approach to managing multiple priorities across different business entities
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
