Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in supporting a thriving financial services practice where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly impact client satisfaction and business growth. As the team’s administrative backbone, you’ll handle essential client communications, process important financial documents, and coordinate the complex scheduling that keeps this busy practice running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Handle follow-ups with existing and new clients to ensure seamless communication
- Process and manage paperwork, applications, and forms for insurance and investment products
- Coordinate and schedule multiple client appointments across the team
- Provide client updates and administrative support to financial advisors
- Communicate via various channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Support client onboarding processes for new accounts
- Handle basic client objections using provided scripts and established processes
- Assist with general administrative tasks that support the financial advisory team
- Future opportunity: Serve as primary contact for new clients after initial advisor meetings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Experience with messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp) and phone communication
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable following scripts and established processes
- Bonus if you have LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification
- It helps if you have previous experience in the insurance industry
- Experience handling client objections is a plus
