Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly organized and professional Scheduler to manage the "control tower" of their care operations. This role is critical in matching caregivers with seniors to ensure safe, comfortable aging at home while maintaining the high standards of an advocacy-first approach.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complex daily and weekly schedules for a team of caregivers and a diverse roster of senior clients.
  • Resolve staffing emergencies or "call-outs" quickly, ensuring no client is left without the care they need.
  • Communicate with families and staff with a calm, authoritative, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Support the mission of providing specialized care by ensuring the right caregiver is matched to the right client.

Requirements

  • English fluency: Exceptional written and verbal skills for high-stakes communication with families.
  • Organizational Mastery: Ability to handle multiple moving parts under pressure while maintaining 100% accuracy.
  • Professional Presence: A seasoned professional with a results-driven mindset and strong personal discipline.
  • Background: Experience in health or home care scheduling is highly preferred.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
