Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to pre-qualified prospects from curated lead lists

  • Pitch digital marketing services including AI solutions and Google advertising

  • Schedule qualified appointments directly into the sales team’s shared calendar

  • Maintain detailed prospect records and call notes using Excel tracking systems

  • Follow up strategically to convert interest into confirmed meetings

  • Handle objections professionally while maintaining consistent daily call volumes

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversions

  • Adapt messaging based on prospect needs and service offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing

  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation and productivity

  • Experience managing high-volume dialing and prospecting campaigns

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated, quiet workspace

  • Availability during North American business hours (Atlantic/Eastern alignment)

  • Preferred: experience with web or digital agencies and familiarity with digital marketing concepts

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace tools and spreadsheets

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates plus performance-based commissions and depend on results in the application process.
