Implementation Coordinator (PropTech/IoT)

Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, process-driven Implementation Coordinator to join our Client Relations team. You will play a key role in setting up and launching new customer sites—configuring hardware, coordinating site visits, testing integrations, and supporting digital wallet rollouts. This role involves close collaboration with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless technology deployment and excellent client experiences.

Job Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Chicago Time (includes 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities

  • Support project execution for new building deployments, including hardware setup (IoT sensors, access devices), testing, and client onboarding

  • Travel to customer sites to assist with setup, walkthroughs, UAT (user acceptance testing), and client support

  • Coordinate across engineering, product, and customer success teams to meet deployment timelines and quality benchmarks

  • Track and manage implementation tasks using internal project tools (Monday.com, Zendesk, Azure DevOps)

  • Assist in creating internal and external training materials and SOPs for clients and tenants

  • Perform testing on digital wallet and credential functionality across client environments

  • Support post-launch activities, including follow-ups, upsell coordination, and data capture

  • Provide feedback to internal teams on pain points, gaps, or lessons learned during deployment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in client-facing, coordination, or field services roles (installations, technical coordination, or project logistics preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools

  • Curious about the built environment, PropTech, or IoT systems

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in construction, field services, or facility technology

  • Familiarity with access control systems, sensors, or technical field deployments

  • Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or smart building systems
