Role Overview
You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation for a growing real estate team operating in highly competitive markets such as Boston and New York. This role gives you ownership of the full lead generation process—from research and list building to cold outreach and appointment setting. Your work will directly support expansion efforts and revenue growth as the brokerage scales.
Responsibilities

Build and research targeted lead lists for real estate prospects across multiple markets

Conduct strategic cold-calling campaigns to engage potential clients

Set qualified appointments for real estate professionals and route them to the appropriate team members

Scrape, compile, and organize contact information from online sources and databases

Manage lead generation efforts across Boston and New York metropolitan areas

Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, appointment outcomes, and follow-ups

Utilize MLS access and other real estate tools to identify high-quality prospects

Adjust outreach strategies based on performance data, market conditions, and team feedback
Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation and list-building

Strong cold-calling skills with a professional phone presence

Ability to research and gather contact data from multiple sources

Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows

Appointment-setting experience with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable learning new tools and platforms
