Performance Marketing Specialist

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 1 pm Richmond, TX

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our social media content, paid advertising, and lead handling.

This role is part-time initially, with the potential to grow based on performance. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in Google AdWords and Meta Ads, with a proven ability to generate and manage inbound leads.

Core Responsibilities:
A. Social Media Content Creation

  • Create and publish engaging social media content
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for multiple platforms
  • Repurpose content across channels while maintaining brand consistency
  • Independently manage and execute a simple content calendar

B. Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing

  • Manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation
  • Assist with and understand Google AdWords campaigns
  • Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations
  • Coordinate creative assets for ads

C. Lead Handling & Appointments

  • Respond promptly to inbound Facebook leads
  • Assist in scheduling assessments/appointments for qualified leads
  • Track lead follow-ups and outcomes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience with Google AdWords, even if not fully managing campaigns independently
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
  • Strong social media marketing and content creation skills
  • Experience producing short-form video content
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
  • Comfortable using CRMs, tracking tools, and ad analytics platforms
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
